Sautéed Chicken with Baked Cabbage
Sauté chicken (season w/salt, red & black pepper), remove from pan, add green onions, deglaze pan w/Sherry, add broccoli, and cauliflower, add chicken broth (thicken with your favorite thickener), return chicken to pan, let rest for 15 minutes… serve over rice (this garnish is Cilantro), include BAKED CABBAGE and wedge of lemon… this is good!✅

CABBAGE: Baked with melted butter: In a cup add butter, a dash of Kosher Salt, dash of “Sherry”, Smoked Paprika, garlic, black pepper, pour over cabbage, bake 30 min. @ 350º degrees. At 30 minutes add 2 cheeses to the cabbage (mild cheddar and pepper Jack), bake for 10 more minutes… uuuummm! ✅
